Jason Poole is the Founder and Owner of Poolemerica Enterprises, a dynamic organization with ventures spanning multiple industries, including staffing, real estate, retail, fitness, automotive, leadership development, and philanthropy.

Through Poolemerica, Jason leads a network of Express Employment Professionals offices across seven locations in four states—Tampa, Brandon, Metairie, Baton Rouge, Auburn, Hattiesburg, and Biloxi—helping businesses find top talent and individuals secure meaningful careers.
